About
Lead guitar with vocal ability; over 25 years experience. I'm looking for an existing band or people interested in putting a project together that's mostly modern rock (90's to now) with a mix of some compatible harder and softer songs. We're there for the crowd, so the setlist needs to be songs people know and like to hear, not just songs that we like to play. Please no progressive rock or any obscure music that most people are not familiar with. I have all pro gear, as well as some additional lighting and PA gear. No drama, ego, or commitment issues here, just want the music to be right and sounding great; can play everything from guitar gods to classic and modern rock. You can sample my playing by listening to the songs on this site.
I'm looking for a project/band to gig weekends about 1-2 times a month, but have regular practice once a week to keep the set list fresh with new material. Influences
Cut my teeth on guitar gods like Hendrix, Clapton, and Jimmy Page, but been lately more interested in modern rock bands like Fuel, Alice in Chains, Kings of Leon, Collective Soul, Nickelback, Greenday, Creed, Foo Fighters, Stone Temple Pilots, Theory of a Deadman, Puddle of Mudd, Chevelle, Seether, Breaking Benjamin, etc.
