I am a full time worship arts director at an Anglican Church. My schedule is flexible, I have practice space, money to fund a band (a first), and a team of leaders that would strongly support their head music guy doing things outside of church. My goal is to do what it takes to be committed to the band thing while still maintaining my role as a musical overseer at the church.
