ABOUT

Hard To Change is an alternative metal band originally from Cataño, Puerto Rico, officially formed by Miguel (Deadman) (drummer) and Angel (guitars). Singer, Gustav (Mougly), joined the group in 2009. Since then, HTC has been playing in Puerto Rico's major cities such as San Juan, Ponce, and Mayagüez. In January 2011 the band went on brief hiatus when Deadman moved to the USA. The remaining members of the band finally moved to Madison, Wisconsin to start a new chapter as a professional music group in August 2013. Shankar (guitars) who hails from India and lives in Madison, joined the band shortly thereafter. All five members have their own influences and diverse musical tastes which combines to form a unique sound for HTC.

The band has shared stages with popular metal bands such as Ra, Primer 55 etc..

ATTENTION!!!!!!!!

We are currently looking for a bass player who could also do backing vocals but THAT IS NOT MANDATORY. A female bass player is preferred but not necessary since we had parts of our songs performed by a female bass player who could no longer play with us.
