SledgeHammer is four people that came together to make some great music and have a good time. We are hard driving, energetic musicians with real life responsibilites that keep us grounded in the real world.
We offer a variety of music,from classic 60's rock to today's newer sounds. We have two lead vocals in the band. Our female lead vocalist plays rhythm guitar and sings everything from Heart to Benatar to Amy Lee and Flyleaf. Our bass player is the other lead vocalist. He's a true God of Thunder, has big vocals and when the two are harmonizing, it's a sound that makes people take notice. Our lead guitar player does back up vocals, can shred when asked to, and loves to indulge the audience...then there is the drummer...solid, in the pocket, in the backround keeping us all together. We love entertaining and making music is a passion with all of us. We've become good friends and colleagues over the last year. We follow each other intuitively, and read each other in a spontaneous way. It's great to be part of such an amazing band, and close to such cool people.
We all plan to make music until the day they lay us in the ground. But until then, we are going to keep rockin!

Too many to list....all styles of music have influenced us throughout the years, the old stuff we grew up with and the new sounds emerging today. There's good music in all genres
