i am looking to put together a band that wants to do original music in the lat country/roots rock, southern rock genre. emphasis on GREAT rhythem, harmony vocals and memorable choruses. music people will remember. music thats not to eclectic, but isnt pidgeon holed into a fixed genre. great songs are great songs, think skynrd, ccr, eagles, stones.

the music i want to do now is roots rock/alt country like son volt, the jayhawks, wall flowers, blue rodeo, scooter jennings, etc.... not afraid of REAL country and good old rockin' out!!

NO ADDICTS, EGOMANIACS, PREACHERS AMATEURS.

and if your wife or girlfriend hates the thought of you playing music, DONT CALL!!

i dont mind doing a cover band to have some fun, keep the chops up and gig now and then. but,my goal is to put out some great cd's before i croak.

i REALLY want to find the at guitar partner. must play great rhythem guitar and be a good enough lead player to at least play some harmony lines together or second solos. or BIG TIME solos! must love to play acoustic music also and own an acoustic guitar.

i am dissabled [but not imobile or missing limbs] so i have lots of time to rehearse.
