About
7 Months of Nothing is seeking a bass player and a drummer now.
Our drummer can no longer be with us do to extenuating circumstances.
WE have had several inquiries about the opening already and would like to make the audition process as simple as possible.
We are open to creativity and styles, as well as age.
We are a metal band and are gigging steadily. We play Friday and Saturday shows with good bands who draw well.
we potentially could headline the Urban Wildlife at the end of March and dont want to miss that opportunity.
We are seeking a VERY talented bassist with a commanding stage presence and must possess strong backing vocals(screamming is only necessary but singing a plus)
And we are also looking for a talented drummer to complete us.
We have very good friends that will be sitting in for us so we wemay continue to play shows.

All applicants must have good gear, steady transportion, and ability to pay fair share of rent and other band expenses.

Influences
Our sound is kind of an interesting blend between Slipknot, Killswitch Engage, Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Tool, (Old) Metallica, and others.
Equipment List
The guitar playes each have seperate rigs. Mark has a 5150 II head with a Mesa 4X10 Cab. Josh uses a crate Blue Voodoo I think. We use schecter guiatars for the most part and I use an Ovation Celebrety for the acoustic newer stuff with acoustic.
