Great vocalist with interest in diverse styles seeking instrumentalists (and other vocalists) to collaborate with for a recording project.... and possible gigs.
I also compose occasionally.
I love music and what each individual brings to the process. I'm interested in the joyful, magical, and healing aspects of music! It connects us all, world-round.
I am looking for players who are committed; creative; excellent ,alert listeners to the whole group; ....and please be drug free; alcohol free (or be a very light occasional social drinker); able to take direction as well as contribute ideas; and be open-minded musically.
Also looking for folks who are good, direct communicators; reliable; and down to earth.
The immediate project involves my original songs ( alternative/folk-rock) and several jazz standards.
Future projects will also include diverse covers...R&B, Latin, pop, rock, reggae, rap, and maybe even a few classical tunes re-imagined with electronic music/modern beats.
I'm open to ALL genres of music. If there is some other style you play, and other aspects here may fit for you, please email me.
