ABOUT

Growing up in the greater Chicagoland area, we always had a piano in the house so it was just natural that I messed around with it and learned to play by ear. Since my brother played trombone in the school band, I got the hand-me-down and played from the third grade through high school. Jazz band was a blast!

I bought my first drumset (THAT was my passion!) at 14 years old. Self-taught, I played for the concert choir group in high school, the pit band for school plays, and also in a couple of rock bands doing a few gigs. Since those days I jam with other musicians just for fun. The tunes I've uploaded here are with a number of different friends in Rochester, NY.
