I am looking to play with people with a serious commitment to make quality music, and regardless of their current skill level, get even better ...AND have fun. Making good music and entertaining an audience, is, to me, the most fun of all. I actively play in the foothills area, pretty much weekly and am paid host of a weekly open mic at It's Personal in Placerville.
I have 40+ experience, all types of music, from bluegrass to blues, rock to reggae, folk to funk.
I play acoustic & electric guitar, mandolin, and electric bass, and sing lead and harmony very well, and banjo "purdy gud".
Have toured nationally and played in front of large audiences (5000+), have been on 5 recording projects and have had national air play in the traditional music genre.
I play at a professional level, with a professional attitude. I know how to work with and communicate with musicians at a similar level.

Influences
A wide variety. I've played rock, old time string band music, pop lounge music, folk, reggae, bluegrass, americana, etc. Not into hard rock, metal, rap, and such.
My main criteria is that it be tight and of high caliber.
