Hey all,

My name is Dean. I’ve been playing drums all my life. I have had formal musical training and understand music and music theory. I’ve been playing for bands for almost 30 yrs. now. If I’ve heard it, I can probably play it. Spent most of my time in classic rock bands. (Rellixx, Bootleg, Merlin’s Dog, various others you’ve probably never heard of) Also have spent time in blue’s bands, rhythm an blues, country, jazz and swing. Like I said I’ve played it all. I have an 8 pc gloss black Tama set. I currently use drum triggers instead of mics. Sound better and a lot cheaper than new heads every couple of gigs. I can also sing some lead vocals.( not that I really care to ) I mostly sang songs from The Doors, Collective Soul, ZZ Top etc. I can also sing harmonies. I have a 16-channel digital boss studio board and some other out board equipment. I’m 47 look 35 so I’m not an old fuddy duddy and defiantly don’t act like one. Gotta have fun doing this.
My interests are classics such as Zeppelin, Aero Smith, The Who, Tom Petty, Joe Walsh, and AC-DC. I also like a lot of new stuff that rocks such as Nickel Back, Buck Cherry, Jet and Theory of a Dead Man. I’m looking for experienced musicians who don’t have to practice the same song 10 times to learn it. When I come to practice it’s to put it all together, not to set around for 2 hrs while the guitar player tries to learn their part. I’ll have my part down. I’m more than willing to work on a show. But then it’s “LET’S GO!” I have no wife or girl friend to tell me when I can or can’t play or practice. Lmao! If interested contact me at rellixx@
