Originally trained in classical and jazz guitar, I spent my earlier years playing in various classic rock, southern rock, blues, and alternative bands in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. My alternative rock band, Aura Blue, who were known for their killer live performances, became successful after releasing an album. Pursuing other interests, I then toured as a hired musician in Europe and the Middle East. Upon returning to watch the live music scene dry up in South Florida, I moved to Louisiana. New Orleans provides a unique blend of music styles that I have incorporated into my own.
