My name is TJ and I am 19. The first time I picked up a pair of drum sticks I was about 5 years old. I fell off of music for a few years recently and I remember why I loved it so much. Come from a musical family and Ive played many instruments over the years but something about percussion called to me.

I have always had trouble reading music (no pun intended). It would be clutch if I found someone to teach me.

Influences
As a drummer my idols go all the way from Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich, Thomas Lang, Johnny Rabb, Dennis Chambers, Steve Gadd, Tony Royser Jr. I really like a lot of grooves by Chad Smith. And some other musicians like Victor Wooten, Stanley Clark. And some groups like Disturbed, Paramore, Guns&Roses, Chick Corea, 24-7 Spyz, Living Color, Infectious Groove. The list goes on haha.
EQUIPMENT
I currently have the Gretsch Black Hawk 4 piece. Mesurment a are 14"snare, 14"floor tom, 20" Single pedal bass drum, 10" high tom
Cymbals; 13" Zildjian ZBT High Hat, 21" Zildjian B8 medium ride and 19" Zildjian medium Crash. I am in the process of getting a cymbal stand but the guys being a tool and I also sit dethroned as of now. It's a struggle but i make it work haha
