We are the San Diego-based act Mower/Slower. Allow me to explain. The band started long ago as Mower, a metal band, who signed to Suburban Noize Records and toured for a while with a lot of other great metal acts. They decided to take a shift in artistic direction and created Slower with most of the same members. Slower plays jazzier, loungier versions of Mower songs with deep grooves and syncopation. However, we have recently decided we need that influx of cash that we just aren't getting, so we signed with Bolatta Entertainment to book corporate gigs in which we'd be playing a lot of covers. We would play originals at shows we book ourselves, but we are looking for a KEYBOARD player who owns a keyboard and an amp, and is committed to our vision of making money with covers while still drawing fans for shows in which we showcase our original material. We practice a lot, and I can't stress enough that we need someone COMMITTED. The pay will be great!
