I started playing a couple of months before my 16th birthday. Now at 43 I finally feel I have reached the level to where I need to share my music with others. I love music and it is my passion. The only music I don't really care for is rap and death metal. I am a firm believer that melody is very important and stuff that doesn't have a defined melody, I just can't get into.
I was with a band until recently, but it was going nowhere quickly. Lack of dedication on a couple of the other members part. It was fun while it lasted, but I need to play with more advanced musicians so I can be challenged and not bored.
I am easy to get along with, no ego to stroke, so to speak. I am committed to music and feel I could bring a good element to any band.
I don't want to play with those who have substance abuse problems, so that is a big deal breaker for me.

Influences
Randy Rhoads was my biggest inspiration, god rest his soul. I try not to pigeon hole to just one influence, because there have been many influences on my playing.

Ibanez RG. Peavy Raptor, Fender Strat. Crate Marshall clone tube amp. Morley Wah, Marshall compressor, mics, and other little odds and ends.
