I'm a 54 year old male acoustic guitarist and singer/songwriter with 40 years playing, no fewer than 10 cumulative years in professional bands. I'm looking for a side-man who can play acoustic guitar (leads and fills, mainly) as well as any other instrument he/she might want to bring to the table. Initially my sets will be heavy on covers but the plan is to integrate originals (brand new and songs I've written years ago) to the point where we can swap the percentage of covers to originals at the behest of our employer.

Influences
I am very heavily influenced by the songs and performance style of Bruce Springsteen, I already play several of his songs. I have an extensive knowledge of the genre known as "classic rock" from the 70s and 80s and enjoy making slightly different arrangements of those old familiar songs. Beatles, Stones, Nick Drake, Mark Kozelek,...I even do a mellow version of Black Sabbath's "Paranoid".

EQUIPMENT
I have an old Jasmine Takamine knock-off that has mellowed quite nicely in the 21 years since I've owned it. Also have guaranteed access to more sound equipment than a duo could ever need and a friend who will be running it for us (btw, he will receive a healthy cut of the act's take). In addition I have guaranteed access to a BOSS Digital 16 track Recording Studio with mics and all the goodies. The plan is definitely to record some tracks and shop them out for a reaction.
