I am 58 years old have played several styles of music I consider myself open and versatil to a point. I have played in several bands and I know what it takes to work well with others. I want to play in a band or a combo situation that is interested in playing GOOD sounding music. I have studied voice (5yrs) Bass guitar (5yrs) and guitar many more years. All with credited instructors. I am a fairly fast study and can read chord charts and some music too.

Influences:

My main influence in music was my father for country and most of the R&B artists of the '60s for blues, and R&B. I love all kinds of music so to say any one artist is very difficult for me. I have listened to Hank Williams to Mozart, Bobby "Blue" Bland to Santana.
Interesting side barr I went to school with Carlos Santana yes and I even had classes with him. He was a quiet simple guy that everyone liked.

Equipment List:

My Bass is a G&L SB2 (2 pickups P and J) I have an SWR Working pro 15 that I would use for jobs and a Fender B-Dec I use for rehearsals.
I am currently with a guitar player and a drummer. We are looking for a sax player and a keyboardist/singer.
