Top notch Improvisational Accompanist on Diatonic Harps. I can hear it once and play it!. I've done plenty of session work, and previously, for 6 years, played in a regularly gigging Acoustic Rockabilly/Jump Blues-Swing, Texas Roots, and Americana playing Band called JumpBilly Trio.
I have played Keyboards with my early bands for over 50 years. I don't consider myself a virtuoso, but I can hold my own as an accompanist, I used to have a Hammond CV and Leslie Setup, a Fender Rhodes 88, a Wurlitzer Portable Piano and a Farfisa Organ. I have replaced all of that with the amazing NORD Electro keyboard, It has all of those sounds and a lot more in a very portable rig.
My High School Rock Band was inducted into the Kansas Music Hall of Fame in 2018. We have managed to gig semi-regularly for over 50 years now, even though we each live in different parts of the Country.
I have been Jamming Regularly in Dallas at several of the weekly jams around town.
I'd be interested in accompanying a small, mobile band that knows how to rock, playing originals, traditional Rock, Blues, Acoustic, Singer-Songwriter, Rockabilly, Country, and/or Jazz tunes out in the world!
