I'm a piano player looking around for people to play w/. I have a jazz background with piano and classical training in violin. Played in jazz bands/combos in high school and college. Got to do a 9 month world tour w/ AF's Tops in Blue (www.topsinblue.com) as keyboard 1 player. I was also invited back to play in the pit band during the competition that selects new members. I have a decent ear and mostly read off charts/can read music. I do have some limited recording studio experience. I played bass and sang for a band recently.

Influences:

I listen to pretty much everything and play pretty much everything. I mostly play jazz on piano, alternative/modern rock on guitar (basic chords), and played some fiddle while on Tops in Blue. Jazz-Monk, Bill Evans, Jelly Roll Morton, BB King, Maynard Ferguson, etc.
