SEEKING
Band to Join.ABOUT
I am a 30 year veteran of the 6-string persuasion; I am very comfortable playing lead guitar and have done so in several bands. However, lately my drive has been playing bass. I would like to find an established, gigging band that plays the local scene. I consider myself a "good" musician (always room for improvement!) and would like to find similar. Monkey business
Monkey business Track number: 9 Year: 2013 Album: Test Genre: Ska
This was a song written and played by me; was inspired by and written for my son Nicklaus (whose nickname happens to be monkey) He plays trumpet and wanted me to write a song with horns in it. I ended up with this piece. It surprised me upon finishing it, as I have never written in this genre before, and did not set out to write in this style either! I do think it came together well, and I'm particularly fond of some of the bass chops. For a sampling of other work, check https://soundcloud.com/jeff-glueckert
