Looking for a Bass Player to be a permanent member. Also the bass player was the main back up singer, so while singing is not a "make or break" thing, it is really high on the desirable list.

I look for players with a professional attitude first and foremost. We look for permanent members so good band chemistry is essential. We are pretty clean guys (and girls), so nobody heavy into partying at every second of the day, we want serious musicians. We're all easy going, humorous people who have a good time. I'm being offered gigs I'm having to turn down and I"m almost finished writing the material for my full length debut album, which will need to be recorded, so we're definitely looking for someone to jump right in and get moving. Whether a gig pays much or not, I'm more interested in passing it on to those playing with me than myself, but in the same turn, I don't take gigs solely because they pay and I'm not interested in working with those only in it for money. I'm looking to become a national signed artist, not simply a busy local gig band.

Lastly, I put "over 100 shows" and "together for over 20 years" as it applies to me and my career as a musician, not simply for this band in its current incarnation. This incarnation has been together less than one year.
