I am new to the area. Starting life over again. Working HARD on getting my chops back. I do have a paid coach. I would like to play for God. I have a background (although a while back) playing 6 days a week classic rock, blues, country and I was on the radio for 25 years. While I am not a teenager, I am young for my age with lots of life experience. I don't drink (anymore) but I don't judge others. I don't do drugs. I am very serious about playing. I sold my business and am not working and therefore available day or night. I am getting very good ratings from two drum coaches. I am not world-class but I have in-studio experience, lots of major concert warm-up band experience and what I don't know I will work hard to learn it. My chart reading still needs improvement but I am improving. I have good stage presence, good speaking voice but I don't sing. I have a good pocket when given a good base-player and I am VERY easy to work with. NO BIG EGO! In fact, I need a little playing time to get my full confidence back. Best rating ever was when Bill and Rocky, bass player and keyboards for Eric Clapton jammed with me and gave good compliments which I am very grateful for. I am ready to play today. I have tons of drums and percussion equipment and quite a bit of pa stuff and a new Kurzweil keyboard and stand which I don't play but will allow someone else to. Ready for a real challenge.!!!!All calls considered.

Influences:

Most rock acts from the 70s and 80s when I was a rock dj on a rock radio station. I got to know and interview lots of major players and always sought their wisdom.

Equipment List:

More drums and cymbols than needed for an arena show because I kind of collected stuff over the years. I also have a full percussion set up with congas, popcorn snares, metal snare, bongos and many variations. I have percussion-backed many REAL GOOD players. I have two small pa systems, two fantastic Wharfedale Pro powered speakers and tri-pods and really just a bunch of various stuff.
