ABOUT

I've been playing music for over 30 years. I'm a drummer at heart and always will be, but my main instrument is guitar. I'm into anything from jazz and blues to hard progressive rock. In my spare time I tinker with modding and building guitar effects pedals.

I'm looking to start up a project with a versatile drummer and bass player who want to explore some diverse musical ground (jazz and blues to hard rock and progressive...) and can offer creative input as part of a team. I'm not looking to be a one man show or make a living with it, necessarily. Although, if something were to develop into a full-time, money making venture, that wouldn't hurt my feelings either.

I need a drummer with solid timing that knows how to groove but can also be aggressive and is comfortable with odd meter. Bass player should be comfortable with 4 and 5 string. Fretless ability would be a major bonus also. With either, vocal ability is considered a fringe benefit.

I'm mainly looking at forming a good three piece, but I would also consider adding someone with multi-instrumental ability (guitar, keys, harmonica, vocals, etc)

No drugs or hard drinking, please. I'm hear to play music!
