Hi! I'm Jeremy, I'm 22 and I was born in Austin, Texas. I have been living hear for over a year and am looking for the others in Austin who are JUST like me. I KNOW you're out there! And I know because I knew I would meet you before I even moved back here. We're looking for each other so lets do it! There isn't enough hours in the day, so we have no time to waste. NEED SERIOUS people. dedicated to themselves, NOT me, NOT just the music, BUT to your ability to make yourself feel satisfied with what it is you do. Enjoy yourself and God dammit enjoy putting a smile on peoples faces when you play music.
PLEASE no half decent player rich kids. I don't want you or your daddy's money... I want a real gritty, grungy, zeppelin-esk, punk, beatles, sublime, smashing pumpkin, math rock trip. People who are down to earth and have been in austin for a little while. You're probably looking for serious people as well, who know they can jam. Must be confident in yourself and playing. I don't want to start a band with someone I got to start teaching how to play. I'm through with that, did it for years. Moderate level of own equipment, but not necessary. Must be willing to stay up and rock the dirt off your face. I have access to music studios in town and venues to supply shows. I'm going to be doing this with or without other people. I can play all the instruments I need, but would prefer to not be alone in a studio having fun by myself. I like jamming with others. Must have willingness to improvise and experiment.
I am an avid psychedelic enthusiast. Don't use all the time, every now and then to stay loose, but please accept me for who I am. I'm a nice hardworking guy who needs other like-minded people. Other's who won't think I'm an idiot... never said I'm not crazy ( I AM ) but I need people who won't be afraid about what is possible. NEVER be afraid. Lets show others why you can't be afraid.

Influences
I have played in mariachi bands, jazz bands, punk, metal-funk, orchestras, rock, garage, hippie freak, indie; the lot...
BUT I want to jam out punk rock peace love and conspiracy, overthrow the powers that be. There will be dynamic in this music though, slow and fast, quiet then LOUD, and everything in between. It will get your heart pumping, your soul glowing, and your hormones flowing like a virgin. Like the very first time all over again. I almost want to scare people with how much energy and love we will have. To invoke some kind of primal awakening in them to just not have any fear themselves.
Believe me I know what I'm typing and I realize not a lot of people will reply, but thats exactly what I'm looking for... NOT 'a lot of people'. I'm looking for the few people that are going to do this with me. Cause you probably think you're nuts. And thats ok cause I think I'm losing it every day.
