Great chops. Lots of dissonance. Minimal use of guitar effects. My ultimate musical intent is to join or gather a group of players, (accomplished in their primary instrument) to form a tight instrumental combo that plays jaw dropping fusion jazz. Money is secondary to the joy of being in the best fusion group in town as money will soon follow.
Looking for keyboardist, bassist drummer and horn player, all with great chops. Tucson has a million people. Where are you?
Personal profile: Super easy going. Lifetime of variety cover bands. One original band with pop CD. Grew up with jazz and have always dabbled in it. I like dissonance and off-beat, tight up-beat rhythms. I practice an hour a day, play quite well (and fast) but am working on playing more melodically. Looking to initially jam with like minded players. Performing intent is to do public events and clubs.

Influences
Grew up on Hendrix, Page, Clapton, Alvin Lee and the like. Now I study Jimmy Herring, Lee Ritenour, Mike Stern, Mike Henderson, Robben Ford, Pat Martino, John Scofield and the like. I also study and emulate piano and horn riffs.
