B) Band now seeking to add musician with backing and lead vocalist ability,
We are a 5 piece experienced performers consisting of a female lead vocalist, Drummer/percussionist, Lead guitar player, Bass player, and a female Hammond organ, piano, and synth keyboard player who sings excellent backup.

We are now seeking a musician who can do backup vocals and sing some lead as well.

Instruments can be guitar, keyboards flute, violin, cello, etc…

We want to be able to play club gigs, parties and events, so we plan to assemble a list of good mainstream stuff. Some classic rock and all the way to some current rock type stuff. Then we want to reach into the fringes and heavier classic and other rock also.

It would be a dual path of sorts. Mainstream music for the usual gigs and then work on the other aspects of the music we like and want to do to put together an act and show featuring the more theatrical music and market it separately.

We are looking for some one who can help us put the finishing touch on our plan to put something together with stellar vocals and music, but also fun and unique for around here. Something special. We are open to ideas and song selection. It's sort of an adventure with real interesting possibilities.

We will be doing some great classic rock, rock, etc., some newer known music, and some more interesting and unique music like the rock side of Blackmore's Night, some Symphonic/Celtic style metal/rock, and some other selective styles as well.

Some of our influences in particular: select 60s, 70s and 80s classic rock and classical rock, some newer select rock variations. Also Rainbow, Blackmore's Night, Within Temptation, Mostly Autumn, Sharon Knight, Xandria,, Edenbridge, Grace Potter and The Nocturnals, Adele, Sheryl Crow, Stones, Neil Young, Deep Purple, Melissa Etherege, Bonnie Raitt, Adele, Alanis Morissette, Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac, Jefferson Airplane and Grace Slick, Black Crowes, Nickelback, Green Day, Celtic Rock, some select Dio and more.

The main thing is, whatever we do has to be done well, and be agreeable to all members. No egos, etc here. We have been at this too long for the petty stuff.

We also use pro-level sound (and lights/effects, when we can fit them) when we play out.

We have a nice place to play, PA and all the gear needed.

Email me if you are interested.
You can call me at 860 818 0358 if you are very interested.
