About
Currently active in a 5-piece ensemble with a variety of genres focusing on dancing and entertainment. We play some jazz, swing, standards from the great american songbook and baby boomer rock.
Am looking to do more jazz, preferably in a piano/bass/drum trio - a female songstress/sax would definitly be a plus.
Influences
all the jazz music from 40's, 50's and 60's - monk, peterson, hancock, brubeck, shearing, miles, cannonball, ray charles, lou rawls, diana krall, jane monheit, ella, frank and the like. I will add that I am a huge Steely Dan fan.
