Been trying to throw together a second musical act for a few months now. Need vocals and keys to round things out. We want to probably play covers mostly although anyone with songwriting skills would be great. Want to keep it funky and not overdone. The whole point of the group is to make people dance and maybe make a little cash in the process.

Influences:

All over the board. For this project think fun rock like OkGo or funky soulful stuff like MJ and Marvin Gaye etc. etc. We will throw anything at the wall and see what sticks.

Equipment List:

Whatever bass rig happens to be lying around. G&L Hollowbody bass.
Zinky boutique tube amp. PRS and a strat. Vintage drum kits.

Members Of Band:

Me-James-Bass. Have gigged hundreds of times over the past 7 years in a couple bands
Gregg-Drums. Plays with me in another project. Original rock to experimental jazz. Dedicated, reliable and skilled.
John-Guitar. Music major at UW. Works transcribing music.
