I've been out of the metal scene for a while but the untimely death of my guitar hero, Dimebag Darrell, has motivated me to come back.
What the hell happened to metal? What is up with all of this "core" crap?
The metal genre feels old and tired to me. I'm ready for a revolution. Metal needs to be reborn.
I'm looking for other musicians who feel the same way so we can form a band and help lead the revolution. I want to make old school style metal like Pantera, old Metallica, old Sepultura, Slayer, etc but with a new flavor to help get metal back on track.
