She plays the piano and sings; I'm a guy who plays the sax and writes some songs. Looking for other intermediate (or advanced) amateurs to play and hopefully gig with. Practice Monday nights in Oakland, with an eye toward playing informal local gigs and who knows what, for fun (mostly), money (maybe a little), and fame (hey, it could happen!). R&B, 50's, 60's & other classic rock, originals, and whatever you've got up your fret board or tickling your tonsils. We're playful as well as tuneful, in our 50's if you care about that sort of thing. Focus on fun with the "practice, not perfection" credo. Love to hear from -- and a little bit about -- you!
