ABOUT

As a 17 year veteran of the professional music scene, I've toured all over the continent with playing all sizes of stages and venues, played some bucket list venues and had some truly terrific experiences. I bring a flair for performance and dynamic, but I also bring a very deep and selfless approach to working with an artist. I've been featured in the March 2015 issue of Drum! Magazine(://mydigitalissue/publication/?i=245355&p=17#{"page":16,"issue_id":245355}) and have enjoyed a very long and blessed career that I don't intend on stopping.

I like to listen to all parts of a song and see where I fit in. I don't "regurgitate" parts on a record, though, I can do that if you want me to. I want to have musical conversations with the other players and enhance the talent on stage or on the record.

I learn and chart quickly, so I can do a 48hr turnaround time for learning shows for one offs, runs, or tours. For tours, I can do a 48hr turnaround time with a brief run through and I'm ready. I've traveled extensively, I hold a passport, so if you need someone to go around the state, country, world, I'm your guy.

I have a very good attitude because at this level, EVERYONE is great. What sets me apart is my ability to work, stay professional, enjoy the ride, and make the project, tour, album, song, personal.

I have a specific sound I play with. I have a snare sound very similar to Alex Van Halen's but with more warmth. I play exclusively to a click, and I aim to be the rock of the show, dictating pace, tempos, and being able to adjust to the bandleader. I have a board, in ears, and I'm ready to go with everything.

I'm endorsed by Los Cabos Drumsticks, and I'm about to switch from DW to a new company that I'll announce soon when the deals are done.

I have a signature sound I aim for. I have specific snare sound(think Alex Van Halen with warmth), and I have a very loud approach and hit hard, but can dial it back(it's not about me).
