Hey my name is John and I've been looking to start or join a band for awhile. I am 20 yrs old, started out playing guitar self-taught for a few years and have been taking lessons from Chris Saub for the past year. I am really into the modern/hard rock genre, and I've recently started listening to a lot of blues. My two favorite guitarists by far are Stevie Ray Vaughn and Mark Tremonti. I love writing my own riffs and would like to do originals as well as covers. I'm looking to jam with some guys around my age including vocalists, guitar players, bass players, and drummers who love music as much as I do.
