I started playing guitar when I was 12. I put it down in my 20's and didn't pick it up again until almost 8 years ago. (I'm 49 now) But I really jumped back into it hard. During the time off, I did play bass guitar at church for about 12 years. I am currently playing bass at the church I attend now. When I started playing my preference was mostly metal and classic rock. I really don't have a preference now..I kinda bounce around everywhere, but I find myself hitting country a lot. I don't work anymore, so my time is free.
