ABOUT

I've played classical piano all my life, formal lessons thru age 18 with additional studies in theory and composition. Played rock, jazz, fusion covers in the 70's.

Lately been covering some current popular music songs from diverse genre, ranging from indie/pop, alt/rock, jazz, lounge, for a couple of years now.

I'm looking for a female vocalist, preferably alto, to record some current songs that I've got the instrumentals done and recorded for, specifically some Lana del Rey songs I've created covers on. Acoustic piano/vocal version of Video Games, a piano/vocal/guitar/strings cover of the acoustic version of Born to Die from the Chateau Marmont performances, An unreleased song called Never Let Me Go. I cover piano, guitars, bass and drums. Also a Bobby Womak song called Dayglo Reflections scored for piano/ vocal/strings/bass/drums. Lana's hit West Coast, and a couple more. This is primarily just for fun right now, to record and publish on YT, but I'm planning on working up a full set of her songs and going live on a small scale.

Classical: Late romantic to modernist classical piano and orchestral music. Renaissance, anonymous, medieval, gothic.
