The Variance is a new band in the Virginia Beach area and are in need of a drummer and bass player. It was started by two members of a successful band from the Los Angeles area who made some solid connections in the industry. We are a professional band and are looking for someone with a professional state of mind. We have a lot of music written and are looking for someone who can pick it up quick. We are open to new ideas for our music and will work with anyone that has a good attitude and who is willing to work hard.
