Is seeking bluegrass/folk musicians-
Banjo, Dobro, guitar, and mandolin pickers, fiddlers, percussionists, as well as singer/songwriters
If you are a bluegrass/folk musician, and you love to listen to the musicians listed in our influences, then we are looking for you. Our names are Katie and Mark Cole and we are putting together a bluegrass/folk project under the name “Halfling Leaf”. We are looking to play bluegrass versions of classic songs, as well as originals and covers. We are not looking to do a lot of gigging, but would like to make enough to pay for strings and gas. We are also committed to playing charitable events, whenever possible. Katie sings beautifully and plays rhythm guitar, Mark is a bassist who also plays rhythm guitar and sings. We can practice at our house, and have good equipment, which includes a PA, for large venues. We are originally from Nashville, Tennessee, have been married for 28 years, are easygoing, 4/20 friendly, and don’t care if you smoke or drink, as long as it is in moderation.
