The goal of The Phoenix Rising Band (PRB) is to become your number 1 choice for quality modern County, Rock, Pop and Classic covers in Virginia! We like to have fun and expect to have the best chance at doing so by drawing larges crowds while giving the same crowds what they want in a live band.......its what we like to call "Danceable Diversity!" :) Our goal is that if a song made it even close to the top of the charts, and rocks, we hope to play it for you some day! We love more modern day country songs and tend to lean towards newer popular radio friendly songs to play but we also play a number of classic southern rock and country tunes with a unique Phoenix Rising spin that sounds new and fresh. We take every musical performance serious and strive to pack out each show as well as keep each show fresh with some new material, special guests and other little surprizes! If you are a club owner or booking agent that is dedicated to bringing into your club or event the regions top bands, that draws a great crowd, you really need to consider making a call or place an email to the PRB!

Founded in October of 2008 the talents of The PRB were brought together by PRB founder drummer/backup singer Chris Daniel, formerly of TN regional acts Random Chance, aMare and Pace along side of front woman Katie Catron(now Daniel) with the single mission to create a unique blend of a clean Country/Rock and Pop sound that would allow for the band to cover just about anything on the top of the modern Country/Rock and Pop charts. The band loves to play music! All sorts of music and play out as often as possible, but dont get the mission statement of the PRB wrong, we are not a non profit garageband style band that plays each and every show for free or book shows so that we can play dress up rock stars for a day. lol ! We all take pride in our art form and since the PRB is made up of professionals whom take their musical performance art forms seriously, log hours of practice time each week, and thus expect to do business with only serious clients that can demonstrate the same qualities of dedication, professionalism, pride and integrity in their show bookings. The PRB has some of the most affordable and competitive event rates in Virginia and often times will play for free in support of a worthy nonprofit charity cause or special event. If you happen to be a club owner or booking agent that runs your business the same as we handle our band business we would love to strike up a conversation and send over to you our easy to understand and follow event contract so that we can get a date and details set in stone for your next event!

The Phoenix Rising Band does not cover any vulgar music and we pride ourselves at promoting a clean, safe and musically entertaining show for all ages. The PRB has the following resources available to help perspective clients determine if we are a band they would like to have play at their next event. We have a number of fan, club and other local artists references available to call upon, our myspace webpage is a critical marketing and promotion tool as we use this as our promo packet with pictures and various band information updated daily, as well as we will gladly play a short private demo set (about 5 songs) for prospective clients to showcase our bands sound to lock down a contract to play. Most of our shows bookings arrive from referrals of individuals that have attended shows to check out the sound, look and energy of the band.

The PRB is available for club shows, opening act shows for majior national acts, festival events as well as wedding receptions and private parties. Our set lists are customizeable for each show with our current set lists bringing forth about 4+ hours of musical entertainment! We continue to update song set lists and are very open to learn requested songs for your event. We take our sound and atmosphere very seriously at all of our shows and at select shows we opt to bring in our specialized team of sound and lighting professionals with modern sound, lighting, lazers, foggers and DJ gear thats sure to make your event one to remember for a long time!
