Started playing out of necessity...still going strong. Mostly Christian contemporary, Sunday mornings. That's what I play, however am open to most all genres. That's bass.
Trumpet since 5th grade...a real long time...really...!
I play because I love it, it's just that simple.
Theory...not so much...I play by feel...I read chord charts and usually commit everything to memory. Music can be so many things in so many ways and is always an individual thing...let it move ya...
