I have been a working musician for over 30 years in a variety of contexts and genres. Basically, I can play anything I hear so the potential is there to do any style and also any complexity from very simple to super challenging. The key ingredient for me is playing from the heart; letting the music come through me.

Influences
Some of my first influences were Jimi Hendrix, BB King, Mike Bloomfield, Cream, Allman brothers, Chicago, Blood Sweat and Tears, Earth Wind and Fire, James Brown, Tower of Power.
Later influences include Mike Stern, Allan Holdsworth, Scott Henderson, John Scofield, Wanyne Krantz, Joe Diorio, Pat Metheny, Michael Hedges, Weather Report, Miles Davis (especially the 60's), John Mclaughlin. I would add to this list latin jazz, brazilian music, indian music, world music in general.

EQUIPMENT
Music is sound so I have spent a lot of time looking for and finding the right equipment to produce the sounds I want. I use two 50w carvin amps, along with various pedals to produce a rich, full sound. I have been complimented over and over again from the public and musicians that they "love my sound".
