I am a drummer who has been playing drum set for 9 years, djembe for 3 years. 3 years experience playing with contemporary praise and worship bands. Familiar with many CCM and gospel bands and songs. I have played for University of Incarnate Word, First Presbyterian Church, St. Luke's Episcopal Church (and a bit of secular rock drumming in various bars/clubs). I have played weekly for a growing student worship service at UIW for the last 2-3 years with an average attendance of 40-50 people. I am looking to increase my performing experience and versatility playing drums with worship bands in many types of church services and settings, across denominational lines. I am a Catholic, formerly Episcopalian. I am a committed Christian and my goal in playing the drums is to worship our Almighty God and help others to do the same through music. If any area worship bands need a permanent drummer or a substitute to add to the rotation, I am interested in any and all opportunities in playing drums for local church bands.
