Deep in the heartland of Dayton, OH there is a dedicated group of persistent musicians known as King's Landing. This fresh talent is continually working with passion and determination to write, record and deliver an infectious blend of both traditional and modern country music with a touch of southern rock n' roll, which they intend to share with the world. Singer/songwriter Timmy King has been giving his all to make a name for himself in the country music business for the last year. With frequent trips down to Nashville and ever-advantageous studio experiences under his belt, he has proven to hold much promise and potential through his performances. After developing a friendship and business relationship with country music super star- Craig Morgan, King's connection and means of success was finalized. Now, all he needed was a band.

King recruited musicians from the greater Dayton and Cincinnati area in the early fall of 2006. This line-up would consist of musicians who had previously been involved in projects influenced heavily by classic country and southern rock and other members involved in the more current hard driving rock music. This entourage would include Eddie Ling from Hamilton, Oh on drums and backing vocals, TJ Salyers on bass guitar from Dayton, Oh and Steve Garland from Springboro, Oh on guitar and vocals as well with King from Dayton, Oh, providing lead vocals.

Composing and arranging current country music hit material would appear to most as a challenge, but not to these seasoned pros. With soaring three part harmonies, a thundering rhythm section and a blazing dual guitar attack, the chemistry and dauntlessness of this group will prove a firm foundation and backbone for the band's songwriting and should soon propel them to the front and center of today’s country music scene. These guys plan on taking their career in country music to the very top. Their compositions range from extreme joy to utter heartbreak, with some family, a little spirituality and just all around having a good time. They hope to shine a light of positivism in a world where negative deeds and poor attitude on life seem prominent. "We're just here to create music that invites people to feel good about life and have a little fun", says guitarist Steve Garland. And that's precisely what their songs reflect.
