About

I have been playing music for at least 25 years. I play guitar and bass in a band called Lefty. I sing harmony vocals and some lead vocals. When I started playing, my first instrument was acoustic rhythm guitar. I played bass with Prairie Fire from its start to its finish about 8 years ago. I have played about as much as you can and still have a day job! I have done several studio sessions which were produced either by Lloyd Maines of the Maines Brothers fame and also one with Tommy Alverson. Ok, enough tooting of the horn! From Merle Haggard to ZZ Top to George Strait to Judas Priest to Ozzy. My influences are many but they don't venture into punk or rap.
