ABOUT

I have loved the drums and have loved being a drummer my entire life. Cut my teeth in the late 80's into the 90's, learning to play along with all of my favorite bands from that era, so there is definitely an influence in my playing style that results. I am also an experienced backing vocalist and occasional lead vocalist.

I am currently the stick man for an all original band out of the greater SB area called PRAISE THE FALLEN. (check us out on iTunes, Spotify, etc.) This prevents me from being a part of any other "full time" gigs, but I could be of assistance with respect to filling in for gigs, or for studio work if there was a band or project out there needing an assist from a VERY experienced and Professional drummer with backing vocal abilities.

Influences

In no particular order...american thrash, the BEATLES, the mighty Zep, Sabbath, A7X, Dream Theater, AIC, Volbeat, anything Dave Grohl has even thought about doing, ever, the entirety of the "seattle sound" of the 90's, basically anything with some soul, some loud guitars, some shredding, lots of drums, addictive melody and vocal harmonies. Yeah, all of that.

EQUIPMENT

Several drum kits, a couple roland effect pads, guitar, bass buitar, complete pro-level analog PA system with subs, mains, wedge monitors, 16 channel mixer, rolling rig rack, equalizer, multiple power amps, in-ear monitor system, multiple vocal mic's and stands, drum mic's, a few LED stage lights & stands, and frankly too much other stuff to list here.

I have a climate controlled rehearsal space attached to the side of my barn, and a 14' enclosed cargo trailer with rear ramp door and a truck to pull it.

My place is centrally located in the greater "Michiana" Area and is less than 5 minutes from both the Indiana Toll Road and the US 20/31 Bypass.
