Seeking talented musicians for possible melodic power metal band. People wishing to join must have a passion for bands such as Angra, Sonata Arctica, and similar artists; anyone that is looking to be in a band to only play br00tal power chord chugs and pointless breakdowns need not apply. The band will likely have a European folk influence, so metal fans that play violin, bagpipe, and other traditional instruments of that sort would definitely have a place in the group. Elements of other metal subgenres, such as thrash, doom, or even black metal included into this band's sound is also a welcome (but not necessary) option, so creative people with eclectic tastes and decent songwriting skills are encouraged to apply. If asked to join the band, you are expected to be committed and be able to transport your equipment for practice at least once or twice a week.
(I swear I'm not this much of a hard-ass in person; just making sure that people wanting to join are serious and passionate about making music!)
