My name's Jess, or, as I like to call myself, ladywulfe. Singing is my lifeblood - the worst day of my life would be the day I could no longer sing. I had three years of choir (two soprano, one alto) where I had many solos, and also preformed in a talent show and choir spotlight concert. Also had three years of band, playing the French horn, but it's a wee bit hard to play it and sing at the same time.
I really don't play any instruments besides my vocal cords...that's why I need you!
I'm looking for the staple instruments - lead, bass, drums, keyboard - but I'd love to have some strings and electronic gurus join the party.
The sound I want is more of a power-pop/folk feel - something really our there as far as lyrics and instrumentation.

Influences
Let's see...I grew up on Bob Seger, Queen, and all the classic rockers. I had a Broadway phase, which I'm out of now, but still do appreciate the storytelling. Now I'm into alternative, namely The All-American Rejects and Florence + The Machine, mainly because of the unique lyrics and experimental instrumentation.
