I'm a singer/songwriter and primarily play piano, but also a little bit of guitar. I have been writing songs since I was 13 and singing all my life. My style is mixed (as far as the genre guidelines go) - I don't try to make my music anything, it is what it is, and by nature each of my songs has its own attitude and style. I would like to practice a couple times a week until we get comfortable with my songs, and then start gigging ideally a few times a week (practice once a week). I will soon-after be looking to begin recording my first album and from there try to get a distribution deal.
