Well, I've got some free time on my hands so I figured I'd see what would happen. I've got about 8 years of experience. That doesn't mean I'm really flashy or amazing, but what I play sounds how I want it. I think that gives my style a confident sound, which to me is pretty important.
My style is Rock. I like to play dirty and carelessly, rock was meant to be that way. I can hammer out some metal if need be, I think I have a talent for that.

I'm looking for people to play with, maybe start a band. It's been so long since I've been in a band, I've forgotten what it's like. I'm pretty easy going and laidback most the time but I become really focused and kind of a hardass in a practice environment.

Anyway, that's me. Sorry for any typos, I'm kind of drunk as I type this.

Influences:

I have a lot of influences. Lately they've a little different. Stuff like The Dandy Warhols, The Shins, Jeff Buckley has been in my cd player. But also more rockin stuff like Trail of Dead and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.

I think when I actually pick up the guitar and play stuff, it sounds more like Failure, Jerry Cantrell, Tool, etc though

Equipment List:

Let's see. I have a PRS custom 22. It's dirty as hell and I never change the strings. It sounds great. I run that through a Boss TU-2 tuner and then a Boss GE-7. The GE-7 is set to really overamp the signal and it sounds awesome when I turn it on, but say goodbye to dynamics. From there we go to a dunlop volume/wah. That feeds into my 2 channel dual rectifier with el-34's. Between the preamp and poweramp is a Boss DD-5. The cab is a Mesa Boogie 2x12. I have another guitar which I got for free, but I need to fix it. It will sound awsome some day. I also have a really horrible acoustic, but I think it sounds good.
