looking for some people to start a punk/pop band with some electronica thrown in.

I haven't been playing guitar for very long, but I play everyday for average hour or two. I want to sing, but I'm awful :)Unfortunately I don't have a lot of money. Just want to meet some people locally to jam and move from there.
