I have been in 2 bands in the last 11 years as a lead vocalist/writer. My first band started as a rock/hard rock cover band then went 100% original heavy rock. Members split and I went nearly 3 years dormant with a jump up and jam at a local show every now and then. I then joined a hard rock cover band and it last for 3 years and we had also planned on writing some but only managed to finish one song to play out along with a 4 hour set of covers. It has been 2 years now that I have been looking for another shot and I want individuals who are as committed as I am in what I want and how share my passion for the harder edged, yet not the barking or screamo styles that exist today. I want heavy groove and powerful melody without losing the edge along with meaningful lyrics.

Influences:

I grew up on 8o's music, but I don't express that in my style choices now. I see Slipknot, Godsmack, Pantera, early Metallica, Gun N Roses, Mudvayne and Korn mixed with grunge and groove as my style influence. Too many bands to keep going...

Equipment List:

I have a Shure-Beta mic with a wireless bud and in-ear monitors. Would invest in a vocal processor if need be, or whatever was needed.
