been playing drums about 6 years,also have been playing rhythm guitar for about 6 years.not sure what i'm looking for at the moment,but i do know i'm a little against the whole bar gig's paying $50.i'm over all of that stuff.the band idea i'm all for it....with the right people and if EVERYBODY is feeling it.in my past experience there's always that one individual who tries to control the other members.their sound,their playing techniques,the ways they want the tune to sound.i'm not down for people's drama,although in any situation there's bound to be some sort of disagreement.
again,i'm not exactly sure what it is i seek,a few chill people to write and play music.originals are cool,i'm also down with covers.anything heavy,NOT screamo crap,or any deathmetal for that matter.i do love my heavy metal,but i'm not against playing other genre's as well. let me get this out there while i'm ahead of myself.i do not drink(often),i don't use drugs other than a bit of....well nevermind.but i don't do it often.i don't mind if you kick back a few drinks,smoke a few doobs,just don't get overly wasted.i don't need to be blown out of my mind to play,and i expect the same.i am by no means picky when it comes to choosing jam buddies,band mates,i am very open minded,and give everybody a go.

Influences
major influences include old metallica,pantera,slayer,old megadeth(anything before youthanasia).these are my major influences but i also listen to some harder stuff like lamb of god,hatebreed,etc. and also like some softer neo classical type or some classic rock.i am very verstile as far as my playing goes.i try not to stick to just one genre as that tends to get boring.
