Bass player with intricate riffs seeks like minded guitarist for collaboration. I use a lot of odd time, chords, tapping, and complex arrangements – I’ve been told I play more like a guitarist. Musically, it’s similar to Tool, Disturbed, Chevelle, and Dream Theater. I need someone who can take these bass riffs and write great guitar parts over them, as well as collaborate on new stuff. A strong knowledge in theory is important, and I like to find someone who can solo some too, but I don’t need a John Petrucci.

Our collaborative chemistry is what is most important to me – if you like the bands I noted above, and you’re into thinking outside the box, then we should get along well. It’s about making music that is challenging and makes us grow as musicians without alienating the average music fan (like DT does at times).
